Okay so she finds out she got charged like 40$ from eletronic games off her credit card, and like 12$ from a domain hosting website off of her bank statement, so then she told me about this and I asked her "when was the last time u entered ur debit card number in your computer to buy something online" she said like "couple months ago" and so I was like omg, so I checked her computer, and theres massive spyware/malware on it, and She is not comfortable with me reinstalling windows on it to keep it clean, I mean it's still a old windows vista laptop.. running 80 processes on a single core 1.5ghz, it's really a piece of shT!

But theres no doubt that's where the random withdrawals are coming from her bank account, she needs to reinstall her os and get a nice security system on it..

But the problem is how can I bring this up to her and tell her? she doesn't think it's the computer I don't think she fully understands how getting keylogged/etc works, but she has so much crap on that thing theres no doubt in my mind there will be more withdrawals from her bank account in the future and she will keep loosing money....

So I wan't to know how do I actually bring this up to her and tell her that it's your computer has been keylogged/hasmalware/etc... because she will freak out if I even touch it.

I didn't edit my paragraph's so bear with me, lol but yeah this sucks.

Tell her grandpa's porn addiction is a problem.


Then tell her that her computer broke (rip out the power supply) and make her buy a new one.

If she thinks it can't be fixed she won't worry about trying to.

and as far as I know, the money can be reversed if she got VISA (she needs to contact the bank)

I tried to look through google

and the bank statements all it said was

"Eletronic Arts, -43.71$"

Domain-Hosting/srvs - 11.91$

It obliviously looks like she is keylogged and the guy bought a new game from eletronic art's and a .com website.

I don't want to tell her but she needs to get a new debit card number asap, as they have all her information....

She is going to be so mad but it's the truth, I guess I will be installing xp for her in a couple of days or whenever she let's me..

man this sucks.

Yeah I told her to call the bank and report she got keylogged and fraud took place, but she responded "what?"

so yeah i might have to do it for her though

Get the credit card companies involved. When she isn't around run the proper removal programs.
