Hi there, need some help...

i'd jailbreak my iPhone 4 couple of days ago, and i used factory settings & backup because i didn't like the jailbreak ( don't ask me why, it is like it is... )
Now iOS 4.3.4 has been released, and i installed it on my iPhone 4, but i did use factory settings again ( without backup this time, because i have not anymore the backup from the first time i plugged the iPhone into the computer - short: the backup from that day i bought the iPhone 4... )
Well, my iPhone 4 is now on factory settings and like new with iOS 4.3.4 but without any backup

the question is: will apple or my provider be able to see, there were a jailbreak sometime on it? or anyone else unless i tell him it was jailbroken?
because when the iPhone 5 will be released, im gonna sell the iPhone 4 & get the 5

please help me out

greetings
