Did you try running the video test located on the diablo 2 icon or in the diablo 2 folder i believe?

If this doesn't work i recommend just re-installing.

Try running from where d2 is installed from, not a shortcut.

Do a search for d2xp_ix86_112a_113c.mpq on your computer. It seems misplaced.

Its most likely in the C drive.
