where can i see the buttom to activate all transactions?

You can select a month worth of transactions from the drop down. You can't see all. I am not sure if that is what you are asking?

There isn't one to total trans/in/out

Each month has to be manually added together with a calculator & piece of paper

There isn't currently an option to view all of your compiled transactions. You'll have to add them each up yourself, month by month.
Pretty sure that this has been suggested in the Site Suggestions forum.

it is only showing me 500 transactions but i did 665 this month

Ah I see, I've never had over 500 transactions per month so I can't see that.
