Using 3rd party programs will get you banned on D2.

Only staff on this site can ban your account on d2jsp.

If that is truly your account then you should be fine. Having that low of posts on an 03 account, people may suspect things but the staff is all that matters. They have their methods of keeping on top of account ownership, multis, etc.
