My brother has account here and since two days it's disabled. What's that means?

What is his user name? Is his account banned or perhaps only validating?

Hello sir,

Did he already use his account before?

If not, he should log out and press "Resend Validation Email" on the top left hand corner, then he will recieve a mail to validate his account.

Well it's neither banned nor validating. I suggest your brother to use the contact feature to explain his situation.
Accounts won't be disabled for no reason.
