hi there, a question about auction please.

if the winner cannot be reached (e.g., do not response to pm) after the auction. After how long the auction result can be voided?

there are no set rules for a auction type of trade. its more or less your personal opinion on how long you want to wait. i usually give em 24 hours. but its all up to you.

There are no rules saying you have to trade your item at all once you post an item for sale.

Auctions are pretty much first come first serve. Safest time to wait would be 24 hours as Randomlostguy said.
