Spybot, HijackThis (for diagnostics), and Malwarebytes can take down anything lol.

RogueKiller for it is an executable that does not remain running like other programs that I know of.

I've always used AVG, never had a problem. I am a careful and smart PC user though.

Personally I don't use any antivirus and I have not had a problem in a LONG time. Antivirus is just for people who don't know what they are doing on a computer.

The vast majority of users should definitely use virus protection :D
