it seems like the sig like this should be the limit idk what it is just came a crossed it and it dont seem to slow down and it dont take up alot of room

No, it is a far too large.
Even if compressed it would still be way over the limit. (Unless you want a still shot of it)

You will probly need to reduce the time of the animation.

id want a lil annimation how long of a clip could be used i want a vid called RAm-slam but just the hit so 3seconds or so if you can check it out then tell me if possible much appriciated it
