On jsp I assume? Messages --> Manage Address Book --> Add their name --> Click their name (you have to know the exact name)

^ Sadly this is the best possible option. Next best would be to ask around to see if anyone knows whom you're looking for. Last option would be to try to use google - though it'd be quite tedious.
