I didn't play that game since 1 month or so and now I try to play but there is an update so it start , it calculate difference and then start download and at 33% it stop, return to 0% and stay there forever so I can't play, anyone can help?

It did this to me as well, you just have to wait it out and it will eventually load through and complete the patch.

if your not that patient, just uninstall it and download the new patch and install it again ? :)
