I have a M8 which wanted to register to d2jsp. He is playing Diablo 2 and wants to trade here. He got the Registration eMail and did what he had to, but it wont work. He can log in but cant post topics or get pms etc. He contacted help eMail Kontact a few times, but nothing happend. Maybe Someone here from Administrator or who else is competent can help? Maybe pm me and I tell acc name and he gets a new Registration eMail.

He cam resend the validation email. Another option is that someone from his same IP was ip banned and he is due to that. Have him use the contact feature at the bottom of the page.

What does his Group: status say?

If Validating have him try resending the Validation email

If members he should be fine, try closing & reopening d2jsp

If he gets a disabled/banned he will need to use the Contact feature @ the bottome of the page & be patient (it can take some time to get a response)
