Will I be allowed to create a betting pool based on the release of casey anthony?


I've seen similar bets I just wanted to make sure before I posted my odds/ratios, etc

Betting isn't covered by d2jsp and the only place you would be able to host it is PaRD which you have 20% warn, I guess you could post in general chat but it says right in the rules for GC only post issues that don't have their own forum.

A woman was already almost killed because she looked like Casey Anthony.

so the odds are high and the tilt will be her not dying
