is it ok to share personal pictures without clothes on with a friend ? or it would be against the rules ?

As long as It's kept personal and not posted publicly I really don't see the problem, however I would wait for a few more replies from some other people who might be better familiar with this.

I mean the only way they would find out is if the person you're sending them to posts them, in which case he would be the one facing consequences.

If you're really worried about it, just do it over AIM or something.

I would think so, and see my edit. AIM is probably a better place for this.

Make sure you trust this person, these things usually only end one way.

No, you aren't allowed to send them at all. It's against to the rules to Post, PM, put in your pictures, etc. etc. anything nude related.

It can be partially nude, but full nudity isn't allowed
