I just got banned and im not sure why. Maybe i shouldnt be posting this topic on this site, but im curious... Has this happened to any anyone else? How long will this last? and why the hell would i have been banned lol? any help is appreciated, and disregard me if this is inappropriate for this site.

WOW i am NOT smart at all... I APOLOGIZE, i got banned from D2! lol. I completely left that out of my post. I am so sorry for that. I got banned from D2, and since there are veterans of the game on this site, i posted it here. My mistake everyone.

Oh I see, temp ban..

Usually from spamming, joining too many games too fast, or cheating.

If It's from spamming/joining too many games too fast, usually 5 minutes-1 hour

If It's from cheating it's usually 24 hours-permanent.

When i try to log onto D2, it says i have been "currently disconnected from this real" (USEAST)... i was in a game, i dropped gear to swap to another character, and when i left the game it took me all the way out to the login screen. when i try to sign into my account, i get this message instead of my character selection screen.

They changed the error message, It used to just read "realm down"

It's probably temporary then, but as for your gear, It'll be gone.

Ok, well im glad its temporary. Ill try again tomorrow. And as for my gear, i figured it wouldn't still be there lol. Thanks again man for all your help bud, much appreciated.
