You said current offer and this is early bump... you could have waited 4 hours and said it and it wouldn't be locked.

That makes no sense and I read the rules for early bumps and if it is back to back which none of my posts were. Why should anyone wait 4 hours to say current offer? This was never a problem before seeing as 99.99% of the forum does it

just because everyone else does it doesnt make it right

Never did either so...?

Replying to an offer is not an early bump.
Some mods do not understand this, it was a mistake.

Replying to spam is considered an early bump.

What is the reasoning at the top?

however, did you possibly have two threads about same offer?

if not, just PM any TM or TA and request the thread to be open

This makes sense but because of them, I'm not able to make a thread until the ban is lifted which is really dumb.
