so i just got my new phone yesterday and i wanted to mess around with it , i tried connecting to wifi and it was running well.
later on yesterday evening i couldnt connect at all. it connects, scans, disconnects. its an open connection and it has 5 bars.

While messing with your new phone, did you do anything to edit the settings, or did it just stop working?

It just stopped. I did call them and they said I either needed to have my phone refreshed or replaced, I don't want to replace it (only because I didn't put insurance on it and I dont think I can without insurance)

If it is new and defective, they should give you a new one for free.
