WTF is svchost.exe its ruining my comp

It's a program to launch the .dll's that Windows uses to work.
The more services you have running, the more svchost.exe's there will be.
Right click on each, and select go to services to see which one it's running.
I wouldn't go removing/disabling any until you research which ones you need/don't need.
