Do they come with a guild charter or you gotta pay extra for it
Also is there any ways to remove the (x) after ranks ( EXEMPLE: Onwer (1) )

No they don't come with charters

And yes, you can remove the numbers :)

Guild add ons cost extra

U can remove the numbers buy going to "edit Guild setting" & selecting "hide ranking numbers"
