right click on the bin > empty recycle bin :3?

I don't want to clean it I want to delete it from the desktop ^^

If you are using Windows 7:
Right click on your desktop --> Personalize --> Change desktop icons

You can't delete the recycle bin just like that its standard icon..

Depends what OS you're using. I can on mine.

It'll be different for Xp/Vista/Win 7 then.
