Hello, my friend created a jsp account a few days ago, and he cannot validate the account. When hes clicking on the link, to resend the validate mail, nothing happens, i mean.. he click on it, it says he should recieve an email, and nothing happens.
He already bought some fg, because he thought he could validate later on.
So my question is, can the email be changed without getting validated before? because its a waste of money not getting the fg he paid for..
we've contacted the service like 3 days ago, and still no response

The contact button can take up to 7 days I believe, so you may want to just wait that out.

However, you can tell him to go here:

E/ Also, tell him to try to check his spam//junk folders of course to see if he is missing the mail.

Yeah, that makes sense. Honestly wait for the reply to the contact button. Again, it'll take up to 7 days.That's the best way to do it.

ye, will try do that, but im sitting right next to him, and hes panicing, you know. he spend money on fg, and didnt recieved yet ^^

I believe number of days may vary per person. When I requested an email change it took ~12 days to get anything back. It may be sooner for some people.

my mate also bought some fgs before his account got activated. are there any chance he can get the coins he bought?

In this case i would try to write ONE pm to Njaguar. (be sure, that the money already reached Njaguar)
You should explain him the situation (short.. dont write a wall of text) and ask for a solution.
Double check your Pm, if it includes all information, which could be important. (for example: Date of Fg pruchase, current E-Mail Adress + new E-Maill etc)
I am not 100% sure if users with a non validated E-Mail are allowed to write Pm's. If its not possible your friend should try to use the conact form one more time.

Dont panic if Njaguar doesnt answer you directly... he is very busy and you will have to be patient.
