Its so confusing, its loading as hell.. and when the portal (the guy waiting on the door to open) loading, it's getting crashed..
any1 knows how i solve the problem?

either its act 1 or its act 3

What are the specs of your macbook? And are you running D2 in a compatibility mode?

A fix would most likely be re-installing D2 if this doesn't bother you.

Any MacBook should be able to run d2 regardless. I would just reinstall it. If you didn't already, download the files online by entering your CD key. I forget if this is from http://battle.net or http://blizzard.com
