on facebook i keep getting messages like this its blowing everyones notifications up and no one knows how to leave

So you are stuck on a chain message that people keep spamming?

Can you block the person that is sending the initial message? Maybe block them all?

Looks like a mass message where you get a notification when anyone responds. I would try blocking the people responding.
