Im trying to send money to someone, but wasnt sure which one to select to make it not take any money from the person recieving the money. any care to help?
ive googled and may have looked over it but i didnt see it.

If I remember correctly paypal always charges a fee to the member receiving funds

Sending money as gift charges no fee to either party. Send a small amount first just to be sure though.

Edit: However, only if your Account is linked to a bank account.

actually i just sent it, and all it does is charge the sender the fee, instead of the receiver




if you send as gift, sender pays the fee

just figured this out
