So i reinstalled d2 on my comp
but when i run d2
says insert disk but it already is
any ideas?
disk isnt scratched

I had the same problem before, mainly with windows Vista. Try turning your computer off/on (not restarting) and if that doesn't work try restarting 1-2 times, it always worked for me, and then you won't get the error any more once it works the first time.

You can download it off battle.net if your keys are registered to a battle net account. (or if you have a friend that has them registered)

You have to continuously run the "Diablo II" client after opening and closing your CD drive with the "Diablo II" client CD in it. If none of your efforts are showing positive results, then re install your "Diablo II" client crazyaznman.

Prepare for a way longer download experience this way tho. But its alot better then buying a new set of d2 if there is something wrong with the cds
