Guild Points come from either failing or passing Master Quests in Ladder Slasher.

You have to level a character to 71 and then you can attempt a MQ, if you fail you get +1 GP and if you pass you get 2 or more, depending on which character you are using.

you just kill monsters till your lvl 70 or 71 and open a door or smth with keys

Ladder slasher

when u pass you get 2 points and are able to unlock another character. The points go up the higher rank the character is. Also the Master Quest gets harder. No matter what character you are, if you fail you get 1 point.
