Check the startup settings in Control Panel, I think there is an option to ask for the user login screen or something?

Sorry I'm not much help, I own a Mac.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System \ HideFastUserSwitching

HideFastUserSwitching should be on the right side after clicking system
double click it and change the value
