so i connected it to my laptop and the ipod doesnt charge. then i tried my pc and it works. what could be the problem? help plz.

Try a different USB port on your Laptop, that might work.

ipod shuffle. 4th gen i think. it worked few days ago. it does recognise the ipod and works on itunes but it wont charge.

Could be a number of things. The port could not be getting enough power, the cables could be faulty(but since it works on your pc I doubt that), ..etc
