hi the acaount of a frend of mine cant get in any one's profile what can he do?

Can he explain to you what the exact error message is?

he told me that says (You do not have access to user profiles)

Seems like he lost profile rights.
Users with 50% or more warn, Banned group or Validating group do not have profile rights.
Additional to that, profile rights can be removed for other reasons.

and what can he do to get back profile rights?

If he has 50% or more warn, he will have to reduce his warns.
If he is in Banned group, he cannot do anything. Bans are permanent.
If he is in Validating group, he will have to validate his account via email (an email is sent to his email address in that case).
If he has no profile rights without having 50% or more warn and without being in Banned or Validating group, he should pm a moderator about it.

things got complicated he just told me that 2 more message come out (Sorry, you do not have permission to reply to that topic ) and (you cant use forum gold)

Then his warn is at 70%+ if he can't use FG and as you get higher warn you are restricted from some forums.

the acount is not banned the name is ludoo he told me that he wants is acount back and he is available to do what it takes to clean his acount
