Clash tests mean nothing. You shouldn't even ask for them, since they guarantee nothing.

All you can do is take screenshots before and after the trade, check in the s/a stickies and do what is asked, if the guy sells them unperm as perm then post there. Otherwise if they are perm it's okay.

And use a mediator, note that this service is free so you would need patience.
