settings - change email - start email recovery - first option

Be sure to include specific information about your account. The more you add, the faster the process will go.
Expect it to take roughly 7 days

I have filled in the info but it sounds like a d2jsp account recovery form? I hope they don't reset my password!

No worries, it's just used to change your email / recover your account. You may want to specify that you are merely looking for an email adjustment. (I had several attempts in the past that were denied because I didn't specifically add that I was already in ownership of my account and was just looking to change my old email which I no longer knew. Once again, make sure add specific information such as your tracked topics, purchases of orbs, etc.) They will not reset your password or change anything else on your account by using this feature.
