I was charged 5fg for a "paid search" however I have only ever searched the same way using the top of the thread. Also this was only like the 2nd or 3rd search of the day, I have used this feature many many times in the past and never been charged once. Can anyone Please help me in getting my 5fg returned? I know it's not allot but every little bit counts for me at the moment and since I didn't purchase anything I shouldn't be charged. Thanks guys

Your FG will not be refunded, sorry.

You won't be refunded, but I suggest that you use a gold password so that you do not accidentally purchase something that you don't want.

Not exactly sure what a gold password is if someone can shed some light and I didn't purchase anything so I'm not sure as to why I won't be refunded? Also are either of your moderators or is there a way to get in contact with a mod? The fact of it comes down to I didn't purchase anything "accidentally or intentionally" so I don't understand why I would just be shit out of luck. The fact is that mistakes happen all the time and I shouldn't have to suffer for a server mistake.

Unfortunately d2jsp has a no refund policy, whether or not you searched intentionally or accidentally, the fg is gone and no refunds will be given out :(, sorry.

Thank you for the info regarding the gold password and all the constructive and well not so constructive feedback(sadly this is normal when associated with gaming). Unless your a mod please stop just randomly spamming the thread, as you cannot fix the issue.

Sorry for "Spamming your thread" but it makes me kind of angry, if i read posts like the quoted one.
First of all none of the posters above spammed your thread... the only one, who doesnt really give a helpfull answer is drkHMRpally (but still he is confirming, that d2jsp has a non refund policy)
The other users answered your Questions exactly and even explained you some new things, you didn't know before. So you should be happy, that there are still members on jsp, who help other user with their problems for free and in most cases the problem can be solved.
Maybe you dont know it, but on JsP arent hundrets of Mods, who have nothing more to do as explaining a new user, how to get used to the features at JsP.
Hopefully you will learn to be respectfull and friendly to other users.
