so i got r/d and i changed my ip according to the guide. but now, EVERY SINGLE GAME I JOIN, upon leaving i get RD again. what to do?

How long has the problem been persisting?
You could just wait it out until your realm down is over.

You need to be patient for a few hours, or if possible for a day or two and your problem should vanquish kind diabeticboy person of D2JSP. Also, keep in mind not to make multiple realm games in such a short period of time.
