Posting this for my brother.

'It has been 58 days since I could not log onto my account.

I believe I have forgotten my password as i had it on auto save right after I changed it to something new.

I have submitted a total of 5 recovery requests (each took 9+ days for a response) and one request via the contact button which took nearly 2 weeks.

I have given information that others would not know including reasons for my warn, what my gold password is/or was (idk if it was changed) and even my photo ID which clearly shows my name/address/age which is all on the account.

It makes no sense at all that I cannot recovery my account after 58 days.. my last recovery request responded saying I have been keylogged which I can't see how that works since my forum gold is still on my account.

Is it possible for me to speak directly to a Moderator or should I send this message directly to Njaguar?

I know it is my fault for forgetting my password (idk if that's what happened now.. might have been keylogged like they say?) but 58 days is a rather long time and I am starting to lose hope.

tl;dr lost account password sent 6 recovery requests and still can't get my account back, what do i do?'

and that's it.. pretty sure it isn't against the rules to post for him since I have done it 3/4 times in that past

thanks. :)

Did you e-mail Paul directly via the contact button at the bottom of the page? If not, try that he normally responds within 24-48 hours.

Is he formatting his e-mail correctly? Paul may discard an e-mail with a bunch of fucked up text in it.

Format it like this

Account name:
Problem: (keep it to a few sentences)
Proof you have: (don't provide it just say you can)
what you think happened

Also try to pm Kevin he deals with it too as he is also an admin.
