Hi, I am asking for a friend (since he can't post on these forums - we don't know why) how to use these forums if the IP has been banned. We are thinking (since his older brother played about a year ago (maybe 2 years can't remember) that he used these forums and may have been banned on it - we don't know his account oO. My friend now wants to use the forums but every time he makes a new account it restricts him from replying or creating new topics? Is that an IP ban? How can he remove it please?

IF ur ip has been banned there is a reason u should PM either a Mediator

If his account is restricted, it is that way for a reason. Tell him to use the contact tab at the bottom of the page.
