Don't know if it's my modem or router, just let me explain what happens:

I'll randomly get on, internet will randomly drop ( Like if I were to click on a new topic, it would say " loading " ) it would then take about 5minutes, if I had diablo open, it would lag me out and say my CDkey is already in use.

Any help?

Sounds like your lease time isn't long enough on your IP.
Either that or you're on wireless and have a clunky signal.

Do you experience this on all computers?

try contacting your service provider to see if they can help you.

You first have to determine where the loss of connection is occurring.
Next time the connection is dropped, go to your router and check whether its LED display for connectivity (assuming it has one) is On or Off. This will determine where the problem lies.
If the router is still active and is putting out a signal, then the problem most likely resides in your computer or the hardware attached.

Also, you could try flushing your DNS, though I doubt that's the problem
Run -> CMD -> type "ipconfig /flushdns" without the quotations.

Can you try entering 192.168.100.1 into your browser bar?

If it works, what is your downstream Freq./power?
What is you snr?
