For temporaly; google, hotspot shield. or log d2 by using your mobile internet.
and play in meanwhile with your alternative connection, while waiting your current connection realm down ends.

No,

I personally don't use a linksys router - however, you'll need to change your MAC address on the router itself. Currently from looking at your screenshot it's set to: 00:24:D6:60:CF:7B - You'll want to change that, (just one letter or number change is fine such as the 7B into a 6B).

Once the MAC address is changed you'll then proceed to reset your modem (not the router, but the modem) - and it'll update you with a new IP address.

I'd probably look under your "Local Network" tab - but then again I don't have that specific router so I can't tell you specifically where it's at.

Operating system doesn't matter - it's completely router based, not windows based.

You're not changing your ghost mac address of your NIC card on your machine, you're changing the ghost mac address on your router that's directly connected to your modem - if you was directly connected to your modem and not connected via a router, you'll then proceed to do a ipconfig /release/renew, however - sometimes this doesn't work due to your systems ghost mac address on your operating system will remain the same and you'll need to manually change it.

Linux, Windows, MAC - Router is a completely different OS/system; My router is Linux supported, however it has a webGUI that allows me to change the ghost mac address of it more easier than manually doing it via SSH

Though sometimes they track cdkeys - I play from my mobile hotspot when r/d'd, but one day I got realmed immediately after switching.
