First off if i understood your network it goes.

Modem->Router->Router

and your computer is setup like this

Modem->router->computer

360 is like this

modem->router->router->360?

So couple questions, is your pc connection wireless? is your 360 connection wireless? are you experiencing the same issue on the 360?

try switching your wired connection to a different port on the router if possible switch it with the one your moms is connected too.

if this doesn't solve it then its your computer. you would either need to upgrade your network drivers or you have malware

depends on if you have onboard network or if its a card connected to the board. If its in the same area where you would plug your mouse and keyboard its onboard if not its a card.

If you have a Dell or emachine or something similar then go to the manufacture and type in the model number they will have drivers and you can get the latest one there.

If you have a custom one you you will have to go to the motherboards manufacture and enter the board model and then you can download them there.

if its a card then you need to figure out who makes the card then find them through google and download them.

well in my house im connected this way.
modem->switch->my pc + router then router connected to a pc that "i" use to mf. That gives me 2 diff ips so im not effected by my other pc. But sometimes, I'll get an error that more than 1 ip on the network or w/e and the internet from the router will not work until I reset the router or wait a while. But the internet directly from my modem is unaffected. Maybe it has something to do with your 2 routers connected to each other, idk I don't know too much about pcs shit just giving a similar example someone else might be able to apply to your situation
