guys im pissed. this guy is spamming my topic and it gets closed. so i am the one who gets punished because of other people..

Report him and do not reply to his spam. It will be considered spam as well which will lead into your topic getting closed.

No, I'm not. If you report a member that constantly spams your topic, accordingly actions will be taken. However, the worst way to react to spam is to spam yourself.

its pretty useless reporting him since he wont get any punishment anyway...

the second thread means: dont mess with seelenstein fag
with the link to my profiel (title= this guy is a cocksucker, check inside) --> reported ofc, but didnt get any punishment, so why should i further report him?

It takes a lot for someone to get warned. Just report the user, and if he has done enough to deserve a warn, he will get it. Sometimes, they will simply suspend him to give him some sort of warning.
It all depends on the moderator handling it tbh, and his/her level of tolerance... along with the severity of the broken rule ofc.

Anyways, just report him best you can and it will get dealt with. And as it was stated above, never respond to spam/flames. Just ignore :)

thats the point i dont like at all... .i got 10% for things much less worse and this guy can create threads with the only goal insulting me and doesnt get anything...seems as i have to lick some asses in future -.-

thread can be closed, thx guys. but this site is just too corrupt to have something like justice :P

This site actually has justice.
Collect all the threads and send them to a Mod.. that should work!

That has nothing to do.
I'd highly recommend gathering the links and contacting a moderator in charge.
