I don't know why I am lagging like crazy. I have nothing running on except ventrilo and a game. I have over 3k ping on ventrilo and ingame I am at 1000 Latency.

Have you tried contacting your ISP and checking if the problem isn't on their side?

My brother next to me has no lag whatsoever, so I don't think it is my ISP.
I have tried restarting my computer and everything.

Is there anything downloadingupdating?

No downloading and certainly not first time.

Is he downloading or updating , Becuase if its on moddem and you have bad internet it can draw net usafe and slow down your internet , When someone else uses the net here It does that too me.

Nope we were both playing a game together. and i randomly had crazy lag that wouldnt stop.
