My currently warn was requested @ around ~5days.

I don't remember, but isn't there some kind of rule if the mods haven't replied in 48hours you can PM them and ask?
Or am I just dreaming?

Says you shouldn't contact staff in the New warning system thing in the sticky.
So, until they change that, you shouldn't contact anyone.
