Getting Fg Back - Topic

Hey idk i was just wondering about this lol, ive only been scammed once, by this user : http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=692390
And i got him locked, this was over a year ago, but the 150fg i sent him, he was locked with.

Why can i get the fg if it's the 150 i sent him? And he hasnt logged in, in over 450 days?

As far as i know your not able to get it back. If the user wishes to repay his scams then you will have to be repayed before his locked tag is removed.

jsp does not refund any loses/scams. The only way to get your fg back is him paying it back to you, wich obviously is very unlikely.

It's the scammers choice to repay the scams or not. Bad lucky for you. :-/

Only once the scammer has decided too pay back the fg scammed you will get it back.

Yes, this is why the staff says use a mediator 100% of the time. It may be unrealistic but it's the only way to prevent the loss.

I hear ya. A lot of users will come back with D3 when they are older/more mature and realize they need to pay back scams. Maybe he will come back then and payback his scams.
