So I havent played or logged onto jsp for about 2 years. Today I am trying to get onto my account. I know the Name and password but when i try to log it says account disabled. I searched the account on here and it seems to still exist. It hasnt been locked or anything. Whats going on?

Account is a7xsyn I have never scammed, acussed of samming, broken rules, anything. I can search the account and view its profile and everything. When i try to log in though it says error. account is disabled? Is there something to do to enable it?
