I'm not sure if the new windows update caused this but when I'm in windows explorer the windows folder icons look like someone pissed on them. I HATE IT!

When I enlarge the view it changes back to normal. Notice I have the iTunes folder currently selected.

When I select the Rhapsody folder, the folder in the bottom left changes back to the piss yellow.

I don't know what to do and I already tried following this guide to change it back but it didn't work.

Try doing this :

Computer, organize menu, folders and options, view tab, scroll down and look for 'Show Encrypted and compressed...in color'. Try unticking the box and see if that gets rid of the colors.

Though in my opinion it does sound like you have a malware, I'd run through the standard malware scans/checks.
I'd also run a chckdsk on your boot drive with a /F option, though you'll have to reboot to get the actual check (it will tell you so and set it up automagically for you when you try the chkdsk)

Problem solved!!!!

I ended up booting up my computer in safe mode and restarting it from there.

The icons are back to normal.

Thanks for the advice, even though it didn't fix my icons it did find and remove some malware. ;)
