PM a mediator who has posted in the sticky and tell them you would like to donate a certain amount of FG vs. 25$ or less.

When you tell them that you can request that it be for a star upgrade and donor forum access.

They will give you instructions for what to do from there.

When you see that a mediator has a post like so

Searching For Donor:
Holding 1000 fg for a 25$ donation in the name of XXXXXX - Searching for donor!

You can pm that mediator and say I would like to donate 25$ for user XXXXXX

They will give you instructions on how to do that.
