I need some help. Is there a post/forum showing me how to fix this? I haven't played in a while and forgot all of the tips and tricks i used to bypass this.

You can bypass it.
If you have a dynamic IP adress: reset your router/modem
If you have a static IP : download hotspot shield (imo very unsafe and you get a 150 - 200 + ping)
