Hello guys, the friend of my parents found a phone at their restaurant.
No one came back to claim it so they gave it to me. Now I am stuck in the lock screen where it ask me to enter the password.
I just would like to know if it's possible to remove it? I tried to remove the sim card but it didn't work.

The phone is a INQ 3g chat.

Pretty sure you'd have to do a hard reset. Whoevers phone it was didn't want it to be messed with if they set up a password.

The password is saved on the phones internal memory.

Try contacting the manufacturer and explaining your problem to them.

Do you know how to do a hard reset? Can't find it on the web...

Most phones have some sort of function to do this.
If you can't find any information online, try contacting them directly and asking them how, they did make the phone.

I know in Canada you can take it to a phone hawk type shop, (Like Unpopular cellphone stores) and they will unlock it for you. Not sure how much it costs though.
In canada you can find these stores in Flea markets. They have Small mall kiosks etc...
