running d2 on windows 7 (64). .. shouldnt lag at all but my fps r very low.. solution?

You can try to delete your BattleNet cache files and see, if the problem persists:

Often changing the video mode from 3D to 2D helps. You can do this by running D2vidtst.exe

thx but fps are all about ur computer... if that would help it would be my latency that jumped i think
