can i get my warn down to 30% plz so i can post in theforum i want to

You can click the Warn % and it will take you to your warn logs. You can request removal yourself.
I can tell you right now there is absolutely zero chance you will get it to drop 20% with one request.
You must get it down to 40% and then wait the required amount of time to request removal of another 10%..

Follow the rules and show positive activity on the forum and once it is time to request for removal hit the button and within 7 days you should knock off 10%.

It will not just be brought down to 30% upon asking.
