idk mine automatically does it if i press a button. I always though it had to be built into the hardware (the external webcam), or the software.

oh well i have no options at all to do it. and its from a laptop , thanks anyways for posting, hope someone could find something.

If your looking for the option for it , Try cameriod , Its what i use for all my photos.
